Are commisions offered by 1BadArtist?
Yes. We can fulfill any artwork request, despite the size or subject matter.
Do I have to sit for a portrait or can I submit a photo?
You can email the photo of your choice; therefore, sitting in person is not necessary.
Can multiple images be combined into a single portrait?
Yes. 1BadArtist can merge multiple images together to create a single masterpiece.
What is the turnaround time for portraits?
The turnaround time will depend on the complexity of the portrait but a portrait can typically be completed in two weeks.
Are payment arrangements available?
Payment arrangements can be made available upon request. A 50% deposit is required and portraits or murals will be shipped upon receipt of final payment.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped via UPS courier within 1-2 business days of payment. Tracking details for your shipment will be provided via email.
How soon will I receive my order?
All orders are normally delivered within 5 - 7 business days. You will be notified if there are any unexpected delays connected with your shipment.
What if my painting is damaged in transit?
In the unlikely event that your painting is damaged during transit, we will process a refund or replacement. Original packaging must be provided to 1BadArtist for inspection.
What is your return policy?
All commisioned artwork is created especially for you, therefore, all sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds.
What payment types are acceptable?
Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards, cashier's check and money orders. Cashier's checks and money orders should be made payable to 1BadArtist.
